Ways To Quit Smoking
Inhale the deepest lung-full of air you can, and then, very slowly, exhale. Purse your lips so that the air must come out slowly. As you exhale, close your eyes, and let your chin gradually sink over onto your chest. Visualize all the tension leaving your body, slowly draining out of your fingers and toes, just flowing on out.

Nibble on low calorie foods like celery, apples and carrots. Chew gum or suck on cinnamon sticks.

2010 Fifa World Cup
Over 1.6m bookings for 2010 World Cup
Fifa has received over 1.6 million ticket applications from across 205 countries for the 2010 Fifa World Cup after the first round of ticket sales, with locals counting for 30% of the applications, and most overseas interest coming from the United States followed by Britain, Germany, Italy and Australia.
Over 1.6 million ticket applications have been made to Fifa for the 2010 World Cup, in the first phase of ticket sales that ended on Tuesday night.
Fifa announced on Wednesday that it received 1 635 136 applications from fans across 205 countries since tickets went on sale on 20 February.
Although there were some complaints from local fans about the difficulties in getting their applications in, the world football governing body said the first phase had gone well.
"This impressive total underlines the extraordinary level of interest all over the globe," said 2010 World Cup Local Organising Committee (LOC) chief executive Danny Jordaan.
South African residents made around 30% of the 1.6 million requests for seats.

Yahoo! India has announced the launch of a new concept for Yahoo! India Search called Glue Pages Beta, available only at www.yahoo.in.
This new search experience collates and integrates relevant information from across the Web onto a single "visual" search results page. Glue Pages Beta, which aggregates text, images, and video content, is available for select search terms across categories such as health, sports, entertainment, travel, technology, and finance.
Glue Pages Beta is useful when searching for topics with broad coverage across a variety of information sources. For example, a search for "diabetes" combines results from HowStuffWorks, Yahoo!
